5. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms are outlined in each individual contract. Late payments may result in delays, added fees, or suspension of service. Refunds (if applicable) are subject to contract conditions and Texas state law.

6. Property Purchase Terms

You must be the legal owner or authorized representative

Title must be clear, or issues must be disclosed
